Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 48 hours prior to pickup: 90% refund (after deducting processing charges).

24 to 48 hours prior to pickup: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours prior to pickup: No refund.

No-Show

If the customer fails to report at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be applicable.

Early Termination

In case the rental is terminated earlier than the scheduled duration by the customer, no refund or discount will be provided for unused time or distance.

Cancellation by Company

If Labela Car Rental Service cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of service terms or transactions shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Daman & Diu only.
