General Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance via our official website or authorized representatives.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or a minimum advance as specified.

Driver & Vehicle Allocation

Vehicles will be provided as per the booking confirmation.

All drivers are licensed and trained. Customers are not allowed to drive the rental vehicles.

Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are to be used only for the route and purpose confirmed at the time of booking.

Extra usage (additional hours/kilometers) will incur additional charges.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Kilometer & Time Calculation

Kilometers and hours are calculated from garage-to-garage basis (starting and return point of vehicle in Daman or Diu).

A minimum daily limit may apply depending on the rental plan.

Delays & Breakdowns

While we strive for punctuality and maintenance, Labela Car Rental Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, or mechanical failure.

Tolls, Parking & State Taxes

Toll fees, parking charges, and interstate permit taxes are to be borne by the customer unless mentioned in the package.
